Eric O’del received his musical education at the University of Maryland, where his teachers included noted choral directors Paul Traver and David Wilcox. He was a founding member of the Seattle Men’s Chorus, the largest GALA choir in the United States, and directed the group’s first small ensemble, the Gentlemen’s Harmony League. He was the Music Ministry Director of Center for Spiritual Living for 15 years, where he directed the 90 voice Choir of Light, composed music and produced concerts, CD recording projects, out of state choir tours, the Seattle Sacred Music Festival and Christmas and Easter services in Seattle’s Symphony Hall.
